Spring Election – Mark Your Calendar

The next Spring Election for the Kimberly Area School District is on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. This is when our community chooses its school board members and sets the direction for our schools in the years ahead.

If more than two candidates file for the seat, a Spring Primary will be held earlier in the year on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The top two finishers advance to the April ballot.

School board elections in Wisconsin are traditionally low-turnout events, which means every single vote carries real weight. Engaged parents, educators, and community members—people who want thoughtful, steady leadership—can make a decisive difference.

As Election Day approaches, I’ll share information about early voting, absentee ballots, polling locations, and how you can get involved. Together, we can strengthen the Kimberly Area School District and support the success of every student.

Working Together for Strong Schools and a Bright Future

I’m Dr. Steve Schilhabel, and I’m running for the Kimberly Area School Board because I believe every child deserves a safe, supportive learning environment and a strong academic foundation. Our schools thrive when families, teachers, and the community work together — and I’m committed to listening, collaborating, and doing what’s best for students.
